A quick outline of what options you have when you train at The Workshop
The Works Program

Our central programming for the bulk of the classes Mon-Fri

 

This program aims to cover all aspects of fitness from strength, cardio and core stability to structured progressions and movement focussed cycles

 

Programmed Monday - Friday, the week will include three strength sessions (legs, push and pull focus) an interval conditioning session and a hybrid session

 

 

 

 

Metalwork Program

Our weightlifting program aims to learn and develop the olympic lifting movements.

 

Programmed on Saturdays, these 90 Minute sessions will cycle through 6-weekly developments with an opportunity to test your current ability at the end of each cycle.

 

 

Saturday Sessions

Every Saturday we provide a classic circuit style workout.

 

Longer in duration than our regular program, with low weight and high rep movements, this is a sure fire way to get your weekend started in the best possible way.

 

 

DB Strong

These 45 minute classes work with simply a set of dumbbells, a box and you.

 

Short 45 second work periods with 15 second transitions over 3 movements at a time.

 

it's a structured, controlled and simple strength session without the use of heavy weights or barbells.

 

 

Teamwork

On Sundays we train with friends!! Our teamwork sessions are always partner or small group workouts designed to get you working together, communicating, encouraging and getting through the challenge as one.
