The Works Program

Our central programming for the bulk of the classes Mon-Fri


This program aims to cover all aspects of fitness from strength, cardio and core stability to structured progressions and movement focussed cycles

Metalwork Program

Our weightlifting program aims to learn and develop the olympic lifting movements.


Programmed on Wednesdays and Saturdays, these sessions will cycle through 6-weekly developments with an opportunity to test your current ability at the end of each cycle.

Saturday Sessions

Every Saturday we provide a classic circuit style workout.


Longer in duration than our regular program, with low weight and high rep movements, this is a sure fire way to get your weekend started in the best possible way.

Personal Training

If the thought of training in a group scares you a little, or you have specific goals and requirements in mind then train one on one with Alex where you receive a personalised program and the room to yourself

If you're not close enough to come down and train with us in person, then our online programming option is the one for you.
